This mix gives a clear picture of what the partnership accomplished and how both sides benefited, not just what one team did in isolation.

Focusing only on internal metrics misses the partner’s role and the real, shared value created. Saying success comes solely from the team ignores the collaborative effort, and relying on internal metrics alone replaces the partner perspective with an incomplete view of the partnership’s impact.
